Abstract:
Taking Lentinula edodes 66# as test material,using the method of liquid fermentation,the main physiological indexes (mycelial pellet numbers,pH value,reducing sugar content,amino nitrogen content,cellulase activity,laccase activity,protease activity) affecting the mycelial growth of Lentinula edodes was studied.The results showed that mycelial pellet numbers of Lentinula edodes was the most under the conditions with 26℃,160 r/min in the rotary vibrator for 8 days.At this time,pH value of fermentation solution was 6.5,reducing sugar content was 47.12 mg/100mL,amino nitrogen content was 11.87 mg/100mL,cellulase activity was 1.25 U,laccase activity was 0.023 U,and protease activity was 0.18 U.
