Abstract:
‘Cabernet Cortis’,‘Purple Globe’,‘Red Globe’of three grapes were used as materials,SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter and spectrophotometry were used to determine the SPAD value of grape leaves and chlorophyll content,correlation between chlorophyll content of different varieties of grape leaf and SPAD values was studied.The results showed that,the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content of 3 varieties of grape leaf were very significant positive correlation with SPAD values.Through linear regression SPAD values were given and the regression equation of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content.Through the test and research of 3 varieties of grape leaf chlorophyll content values were not significantly difference between predicted values and regression equation,using the regression equation,the prediction of chlorophyll content in leaves of different varieties of grapes could be distinguished by SPAD.
