Abstract:
With ‘Shiyan No.2’ and ‘Shiyan No.5’ as test materials,the correlations of accumulation between sugar and fatty during Cyperus esculentus tuber development was studied.The results showed that,the correlation between fructose content and oil content was not significant(P>0.05),while highly significant positive correlation with sucrose content and oil content (P<0.01),as well as starch content and oil content,soluble sugar content and oil content(P<0.01) during Cyperus esculentus tuber development.
