Abstract:
Taking Pleurotus ostreatus as test material,the cultivar ‘816’ of Pleurotus ostreatus was evaluated the mycelia growth after being stressed with high temperature with medium of different nitrogen sources.The results showed that enriched potato dextrose agar (PDA),pea,beef extract,yeast extract and peptone medium performed better in rejuvenating mycelia growth.This study clarified the significantly differences in the rejuvenated ability of mycelia growth when different kinds of nitrogen sources were supplied after stressed by high temperature.It was proved that the nitrogenous substances could improve the tolerant to high temperature definitely.
