Abstract:
Taking lotus plumule as test material and ethanol as extraction agent,using means of ultrasonic wave treatment.Effects of extracting temperature,ratio of the raw material and solvent,ultrasonic extracting time,and ethanol concentration on the rate of lotus plumule total flavonoids extraction were studied through the single factor control method and L9 (34) orthogonal design,with the extractive yield of total flavones as the index.The results showed that the order of factor affecting the extracting rate of total flavones was as followed:ethanol concentration,temperature,solid-to-liquid ratio and extraction time.Optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:concentration of ethanol was 60%,solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶24 g/mL,extraction temperature was 70℃and extraction time was 30 min.The extracting rate of total flavones was 10.86 mg/g under these optimal conditions.
