Abstract:
Taking fruits of Rosa davurica Pall. as test materials,the effect of many factors on the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids(TF) in fruits of Rosa davurica Pall. with enzymes-aided extraction method were studied.The results showed the optimum extraction technology with cellulase as follow,the concentration of the ethanol extraction solvent,the temperature,the ratio between raw material and solvent,the quantity of cellulase,the pH value,the extraction times and time were 50%,50℃,1∶15 g/mL,40 mg/g,5.5,2 times,140 min respectively.The average extraction efficiency of TF was 95.94 mg/g in three verification experiments under the optimized extraction condition.
