Abstract:
Taking mature seed of Bothriochloa ischaemum as explant,saitable callus differention of different hormone concentrations,active carbon on root production of Bothriochloa ischaemumMS medium were discussed.The results showed that the culture medium of callus differentiation was MSB+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.04 mg/L;root production were improved in the active carbon 2 g/L.
