Abstract:
Taking Huazi Diosorea opposita Thunb. as test material,the effect of plant growth substances,light (or light quality),develop methods for Huazi Diosorea opposita Thunb. plantlets propagation were studied.The results showed that:the most suitable medium was MS+KT 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+PP333 0.1 mg/L;the most appropriate way for the light quality and training of liquid culture were under blue and white,the effect of the static culture after the liquid shaking culture was better;in addition,stem with leaf had higher propagation coefficient than stem with no leaf.
