Abstract:
Taking two species of Guangxi wild leek and three species of cultivation leek as test materials,the differences of their nutrition component by measuring the leaf nutrition indexes were compared,and evaluated comprehensively by subordinate function value analysis.The results showed that the nutrition quality of two species of Guangxi wild leek was better than cultivation leek,the nutrition quality sequence for the five species of leek was Daming Mountain wild leek>Jinxiu wild leek>‘Jiubao F1’>‘Guangxi Nongjia species’>‘Yejiubao F1’.
