Abstract:
Taking three kinds of anti-aging medicine(Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix,Schisandra chinensis Fructus,Lentinula edodes) extract as materials, and the clearing DPPH free radicals as target.The effect of extraction technology on the antioxidant activity of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix,Schisandra chinensis Fructus,Lentinula edodes were studied.The results showed that the highest DPPH radical scavenging activities of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix,Schisandra chinensis Fructus,Lentinula edodes extracts were achieved when ethanol solutions of 90%,100%,100%;temperature of 90,100,80℃;time of 2.5,2.5,0.5 h were used respectively.Under the optimization conditions,the total phenols contents of the three herbs extracts were 4.56,2.51,1.72 mg/mL,respectively,and DPPH radical scavenging activities were 89.12%,85.72%,91.07%,which were not related.Phenols were not the only ingredients which contribute to the antioxidant activity.
