Abstract:
Taking Aloe vera L.as material,the polysaccharide in Aloe vera L.was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method,and four factors including the material-liquid ratio,the ultrasonic temperature,the ultrasonic time and the ethanol concentration were analyzed in the index of polysaccharide yield.The process conditions were optimized through four factors and three levels orthogonal test.The results showed that the extraction yield could be up to 8.091% under the optimum polysaccharide extraction conditions which were as follows the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶40,ultrasonic temperature 70℃,ultrasonic time 50 min,and ethanol concentration 70%.This process was simple,stable and feasible,so it was worth to be used widely.
