Abstract:
Taking Rhodomyrtus tomentosa as material,polysaccharides was extracted from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa with papain method,and the extraction technology was optimized by single-factor experiments and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows：papain dose 0.80%，hydrolysis pH 6.6，hydrolysis temperature 55℃，hydrolysis time 90 min，and solid-liquid ratio 1∶20.
