Abstract:
Taking Anthurium andraeanum‘Pink champion’ and Anthurium andraeanum‘Tropical’ and others of totally 20 varieties used both in cutting flower and pot flower as experimental materials,the reasons caused pollution in factory Anthurium andraeanum plantlets,such as maternal plant,selection of explants,establishment of sterile explant,subculture,preparation and storage of medium,training of operators,as well as environmental sanitation of incubation room,and etc.were studied and discussed.The results showed that the pollution of Anthurium andraeanum plantlets could be resulted in every factor mentioned above,and thus the key to reduce and prevent the pollution should be to practice standard management,strict pollution control in every aspect of tissue culture,improve awareness and techniques to pollution of ?tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum.
