New Hemerocallis fulva varieties Hemerocallis fulva ‘Fenhongbao’ and Hemerocallis fulva ‘Jinhongxing’ were selected from seedling by Technical Personnel of Hebei Academy of Forestry Science in 2008.Being simple flower，Hemerocallis fulva?‘Fenhongbao’ is 35~40 cm tall，and has green leaves with wide linear.The scape is 50 cm high，with 15~20 flowers on.Being slightly pink，the flowers are 10~12 cm across，and their petal has crease.Its flower period is from the middle ten days of June to the same time of August.The growth of the cultivar is strong enough，and 3~5 buds could be segregated in one year by one.Being simple flower also，Hemerocallis fulva ‘Jinhongxing’ is 35~45 cm tall，and its green leaves are in shape of wide linear.Having 15~20 flowers on，the scape is 45 cm high.The flowers are 6~8 cm in diameter，and are golden yellow with red eye zone over yellow-green throat.The flower period is just the time as Hemerocallis fulva?‘Fenhongbao’s.The cultivar’s growth is strong，there is 4~6 new buds being segregated.The two varieties was certificated in Hebei Province in 2011.
