Abstract:
Taking Suaeda salsa seedlings as test materials,the effect of NaCl stress and Na2SO4 stress on the content of the water,chlorophyll,organic acids,proline and soluble sugars through using the same content of NaCl and Na2SO4 to treat Suaeda salsa were compared and studied.The results showed that NaCl stress increased the water content and Na2SO4 stress decreased the water content of S.salsa,NaCl stress and Na2SO4 stress led to decrease the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,the total chlorophyll and organic acids;the proline content increased along with the increasing of the salt concentration,and however the soluble sugar content preliminary increased and later decreased along with the increasing of the salt concentration.The harm of Na2SO4 stress was inferior to NaCl stress for Suaeda salsa.
