Abstract:

Taking Clitocybe maxima as the material,the effect of mycelial growth on the mother media of Clitocybe maxima were conducted.The results showed that the optimum medium was glucose 20 g，wheat bran 100 g，peptone 5 g，KH₂PO₄ 2 g，MgSO₄ 1 g,VB₁ 10 mg/L,agar 20 g，H₂O 1 000 mL，pH 6.0～6.5.
