Abstract:
Japaneseganodermawasusedasmaterial,anddifferentfactorswhichinfluencedtheproductionofganodermaacidhadbeenstudied.Theoptimalcultureconditionswereobtainedbyorthogonalexperiment.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalcultureconditionswereasfollows:inoculumsize,volumeofmediumtemperature25℃,shakefrequency140r/min,initialpHvalue6.5.
