Abstract:
Cherrytomatoeswereusedastheexperimentmaterials,andthehighfrequencyregenerationsystemwasestablished.HepatitisBsurfaceantigen(HBsAg)genewasusedtotransformcherrytomatoexplantmediatedbyAgrobacteriumtumefaciens,andtheexplantwasculturedtooptimizethetransformationsystem.Theresultsshowedthat,thehighesttransformationefficiencywasobtainedwhen11doldcotyledonexplantswerepreconditionedontheculturemediumofMS+6-BA3.0mg/L+IAA0.2mg/Lfor2days,infectedwithAgrobacteriumtumefaciens(OD600=0.6)for15min.
