Abstract:
Theseedgermination，growthofroot，celldivisionandchromosomeaberrationofCallistephuschinensisseedswereresearchedwith2differenttimeand5differentconcentrationofBaimaodetergent.Theresultsshowedthatseedgerminationrateandrootlengthwereinhibitedcomparedwiththecontrolgroupandthisinhibitionbecomestrongerastheconcentrationandtimeincreased.Themitoticindexofroottipreducedwithincreasingconcentrationandprolongingthetimeofdetergenttreated.Thechromosomeaberrationswereinducedbydifferentdetergenttreatment，andthemostobvioustreatmentwas32mL/Ldetergentwith6hours.
