Abstract:
Onthebasisoftheearlierresearch,observationandcomparativeanalysishadbeencarriedoutonthechangingprocessofthecoldresistanceindexesoftheleavesofthepaeoniaastemperaturefell.Theresultsshowedthatepidermalthickness,hornymembranethickness,veinsprotrudingdegree(VPD)andleafstructureoftightness(CTRvalue)oftheleaveswerepositivelyassociatedwiththecoldresistance,whileleafstructureofosteoporosisandstomataldensitywerenegativeassociated.Theepidermalthickness,leafstructureoftightnessandosteoporosiswouldchangetoadapttoalowtemperatureenvironment.Therestpartsmentionedabovehadnoobviousrelationswiththechangingofthetemperature.Thecoldresistanceindexesmainlydifferedinbreeds.
