Abstract:
Thenewtuneofatypicalplantleavesredpine,Quercusmongolica,inChangbaiMountainareawereselected,forindoorcultureexperiments.ThechangeofCO2emissionsofleavesfreezingandthawingtypeandCKtreatmentwerecomparedattheendofexperiments,theresidualleavenutrientelementweredetermined.TheresultsshowedthatfreezingandthawingtypeCO2emissionratelowerthantheCKtreatment.DifferentleavesfreezingandthawingprocessingandCKprocessingofCOemissionrateasawholeshowedadownwardtrendwithincreasingincubationtime,andfreeze-thawprocessingofdifferentleavesincultivationtheCO2emissionsrateshowedagreaterdifferences.Thefreezeandthawtypeorganiccarboncontenthigherthanthecontroltreatment.
