Abstract:
With Prunus persica nectarina ‘Zhongyoutao No.8’ as test material,by using 3 treatment(CK,T1:supplemental UV-B 15 μW?cm-2,T2:supplemental UV-B 30 μW?cm-2),the effects of enhanced UV-B radiation on photosynthesis and antioxidase activity of nectarine were investigated under the field condition of pot cultivation.The results showed that Pn of different treatments decreased significantly,but chlorophyll content of T1 increased.Compared to CK,SOD activities of T1 and T2 were higher by 22.71% and 23.80%.With UV-B intensity enhanced,CAT activities increased first and decreased then.However,POD activities of T2 were higher.MDA content of the treatments was significantly raised.
