Abstract:
‘Xueli’ tomato was used as test material,the regulating effects of different concentrations of DPC at different stages on establishing stage growth of tomato in solar greenhouse were studied. The results showed that the stem height and internode length under first flowers were smallest, and the effect of inhibit spindling was best, and the fruit setting rate, fruit weight, plot yield were the highest under the treatment of roots irrigating once with 100 mg/L DPC before planting 2 d and foliar spraying once with 100 mg/L DPC after planting 4 d had smallest the flowers. But effect of inhibit spindling was bad, and the fruit setting rate, fruit weight, plot yield were the lowest with the treatment of foliar spraying once with 50 mg/L DPC after planting 4 d, which had no significant difference with control. Overall, the effects of inhibit spindling and increase yield with DPC root irrigating treatment were significantly better than those with foliar spraying treatment, meanwhile the effect of DPC root irrigating treatment before planting were significantly better than treatment after planting. For DPC concentration, the effect inhibit spindling and increase yield of 100 mg/L treatment were significantly better than 50 mg/L, and the effect of twice treatment were significantly better than once. The effect of inhibit spindling was better with 100 mg/L DPC root irrigating before planting 2 d and foliar spraying once with 100 mg/L DPC after planting 4 d. compared with foliar spraying once with 100 mg/L DPC after planting 4 d, the effect of inhibition stem height under first flower increased by 48. 3% and yield increased 23.5% with 100 mg/L DPC root irrigating before plant 2 d.
