Abstract:
Taking ‘Luoyanghong’ peony as test materials,by changing light conditions and adding sucrose,the reducing sugar content of ‘Luoyanghong’ peony petals were studied.The results showed that the ‘Luoyanghong’ peony anthocyanin was peonidin- 3,5-double glucose.Shading and spraying sucrose had a great influence on the content of reducing sugar of ‘Luoyanghong’ peony petals.Light on the petals had a extremely significant difference(P<0.05) on the content of reducing sugar.In full sunshine,50% light and 20% light conditions,the content of reducing sugar in reach significant level above on 0.3 mol/L level of sucrose on the petals(P<0.05),and with the light conditions became worse,it had more significant effect.
