Abstract:
In order to study the relationship between SPAD readings and chlorophyll content in leaves of apricot and jujube,chlorophyll content of ‘Golden Sun’ apricot and ‘Lingwu’ long jujube was measured by means of spectrophotometer and chlorophyll meter SPAD-502 respectively,then the correlation between SPAD readings chlorophyll contents were analyzed.The results showed that correlation between SPAD readings and chlorophyll content in leaves of ‘Golden Sun’ apricot and ‘Lingwu’ long jujube were significant at 0.01 level respectively,the ‘Golden Sun’ apricot regression equation was y=0.0576SPAD-0.4648(R2=0.849**),and the ‘Lingwu’ long jujube regression equation was y=0.0859SPAD-0.7461(R2=0.8923**).There was no significant difference between the dates and forecast data of leaves of ‘Golden Sun’ apricot and ‘Lingwu’ long jujube.So the regression equation could be used to forecast chlorophyll content of ‘Golden Sun’ apricot and ‘Lingwu’ long jujube by SPAD reading.
