- 以‘坠玉’‘彩虹’‘红灯笼’和‘JND1’醋栗为试材,采用盆栽法,研究不同生长调节剂及浓度对不同俄罗斯醋栗品种根部过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和淀粉含量的影响,以期为不同俄罗斯醋栗品种扦插生根所适用的生长调节剂及浓度提供参考依据。结果表明:生长调节剂处理对各品种根部POD、PPO活性及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉含量均有一定影响,其中2 000 mg·L-1IBA可显著提高‘坠玉’根部POD、PPO活性及可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,淀粉含量显著低于CK;1 500 mg·L-1IBA处理下,‘彩虹’根部POD和PPO活性最高,淀粉含量比其他处理有所减少;1 000 mg·L-1NAA对‘红灯笼’POD、PPO活性、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量均有显著促进作用,淀粉含量与CK无显著差异;1 500 mg·L-1GGR和2 000 mg·L-1GGR对‘JND1’根部POD和PPO活性均有显著促进作用,1 500 mg·L-1GGR处理下‘JND1’根部可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量最高,淀粉含量最低。综上,2 000 mg·L-1IBA、1 500 mg·L-1IBA、1 000 mg·L-1NAA、1 500 mg·L-1GGR分别为‘坠玉’‘彩虹’‘红灯笼’‘JND1’扦插苗生根最佳处理。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Zhuiyu’‘Caihong’‘Hongdenglong’ and ‘JND1’ as test materials,the pot culture method was adopted to study the effects of different growth regulators and concentrations on the activities of POD,PPO and contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and starch in the roots of different Russian currant varieties,in order to provide reference for the growth regulators and concentrations suitable for the rooting of cuttings of different Russian currant varieties.The results showed that the growth regulators had certain effects on the activities of POD and PPO,as well as the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and starch in the roots of each variety.Among them,2 000 mg·L-1 IBA significantly increased the activities of POD and PPO,the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the roots of ‘Zhuiyu’,and the starch content was significantly lower than that of the control (CK);under the treatment of 1 500 mg·L-1IBA,the activities of POD and PPO in the roots of ‘Caihong’ were the highest,and the starch content was lower than that of the other treatments;1 000 mg·L-1NAA significantly promoted the activities of POD and PPO,the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the roots of ‘Hongdenglong’,and there was no significant difference in starch content compared with CK;1 500 mg·L-1GGR and 2 000 mg·L-1GGR significantly promoted the activities of POD and PPO in the roots of ‘JND1’,and the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the roots of ‘JND1’ under the treatment of 1 500 mg·L-1GGR were the highest,while the starch content was the lowest.In summary,2 000 mg·L-1IBA,1 500 mg·L-1IBA,1 000 mg·L-1NAA,and 1 500 mg·L-1 GGR were the optimal treatments for rooting of ‘Zhuiyu’‘Caihong’‘Hongdenglong’ and ‘JND1’ cuttings,respectively.
