- 以玉米芯和木屑为试材,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,设计5个不同比例玉米芯和木屑配方,研究了不同配方基质对大球盖菇产品粗多糖、粗蛋白和氨基酸等营养品质的影响,以期为农林作物秸秆栽培大球盖菇提供参考依据。结果表明:添加木屑后大球盖菇子实体的常规营养物质(粗脂肪、粗多糖、粗蛋白、灰分)、矿质元素(钾、钙、钠、铁、锌、硒)、氨基酸、质构性(咀嚼性、黏附性、弹性、硬度、内聚性)等方面优于对照,结合主成分分析、隶属函数分析等方法,最终得出T1处理下品质最佳,T2和T3处理次之,T4最差。玉米芯培养料中添加12.5%的木屑,子实体品质最佳,不添加木屑或者添加量越多品质越差。
- Abstract:
- Taking corncob and sawdust as test materials,five different proportions of corncob and sawdust formulas were designed by single factor randomized block design.The effects of different formula substrates on the nutritional quality of crude polysaccharide,crude protein and amino acid of Stropharia rugosoannulata products were studied,in order to provide references for the cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata with agricultural and forestry crop straw.The results showed that after adding sawdust,the conventional nutrients (crude fat,crude polysaccharide,crude protein,ash),mineral elements (potassium,calcium,sodium,iron,zinc,selenium),amino acids,texture (chewiness,adhesion,elasticity,hardness,cohesiveness) of the fruiting body of Stropharia rugosoannulata were better than those of the control group.Combined with principal component analysis and membership function analysis,the quality of T1 treatment was the best,followed by T2 and T3 treatment,and T4 was the worst.When 12.5% sawdust was added to the corncob culture material,the quality of the fruiting body was the best,and the quality was worse without sawdust or with more sawdust.
