- “龙园寒脆”苹果是以‘1236’作为母本、‘2069’作为父本杂交选育出的抗寒苹果新品种。果实圆柱形,底色浅黄色,果面红色条纹,果面光滑,有果粉。果肉浅黄色,质地硬脆,甜酸适口。果实横径5.01 cm,纵径4.71 cm,平均单果质量66.93 g,最大单果质量82.67 g。可溶性固形物含量13.20%,可溶性糖含量9.42%,总酸(以柠檬酸计)含量1.15 g·(100g)-1,维生素C含量7.14 mg·(100g)-1,硬度10.41 kg·cm-2。果实发育期116 d,在黑龙江哈尔滨地区9月上旬果实成熟。
- Abstract:
- The ‘Longyuan Hancui’ apple is a new cold resistant apple variety developed by crossbreeding ‘1236’ as the female parent and ‘2069’ as the male parent.The fruit is mainly cylindrical,with a light yellow base color and red stripes on its surface.The fruit skin is smooth,and covered with powder.The flesh is light yellow,firm in texture,and has a sweet-sour flavor.The average fruit weight is 66.93 g,maximum fruit weight is 82.67 g,5.01 cm transverse diameter,4.71 cm longitudinal diameter.The soluble solid content is 13.20%,sugar solid content is 9.42%.Total acid content (calculated as citric acid) is 1.15 g·(100g)-1.Vitamin C content is 7.14 mg·(100g)-1.Fruit firmness is 10.41 kg·cm-2.The fruit development period is 116 d and it matures in early September in Harbin area.
