- 以新疆花葵(Lavatera cashemiriana Cambess.)为试材,采用外源激素喷施的方法,研究了多效唑(PP333)、赤霉素(GA3)、水杨酸(SA)等5种外源激素对株型及开花物候的调控效应,以期为构建新疆花葵标准化花旗调控技术体系提供参考依据。结果表明:不同外源激素呈现低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的浓度双重效应趋势。其中,100 mg·L-1 PP333处理有效增加植株一、二级分枝数,分别为11.57、8.86个,显著高于对照的8.00、4.29个,有利于培育紧凑株型;300 mg·L-1 GA3处理对植株株高、花径、花瓣长等关键性状均有促进效应;300 mg·L-1 B9处理则显著延长植株花期,其个体与群体花期持续时间分别达到30.89 d和38.00 d,较对照分别延长了12.67 d和16.00 d。该研究从不同方面提高了该乡土植物在园林应用中的观赏价值。
- Abstract:
- Taking Lavatera cashemiriana Cambess.as the experimental material,the regulatory effects of five exogenous hormones,included PP333,GA3,and SA,on plant architecture and flowering phenology through foliar spraying were investigated,in order to provide a reference for the construction of a standardized flower control technology system for Lavatera cashemiriana Cambess..The results showed that the exogenous hormones generally exhibited a dual concentration effect,promoting growth at low concentrations while inhibiting it at high concentrations.Among them,treatment with 100 mg·L-1 PP333 effectively increased the number of primary and secondary branches to 11.57 and 8.86,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (8.00 and 4.29),indicating its potential for cultivating a compact plant type.Treatment with 300 mg·L-1 GA3 promoted key traits such as plant height,flower diameter,and petal length.Meanwhile,treatment with 300 mg·L-1 B9 significantly extended the flowering period,with individual and population flowering durations reaching 30.89 days and 38.00 days,respectively,representing extensions of 12.67 days and 16.00 days compared to the control.These findings enhance the ornamental value of this native plant for landscaping applications from various perspectives.
