- 为适应山东苹果产业的高质量发展需求，该研究从标准体系建设角度，系统梳理了当前山东苹果产业在标准类别、功能定位、发布时效及产业链覆盖维度等方面的现状与问题。研究发现，山东苹果标准体系存在“重产后、轻产前”“重方法、轻产品”等结构性失衡，标准供给与产业升级需求之间存在一定脱节，品牌标准体系建设也相对滞后。基于此，从优化标准结构、完善全链条覆盖、建立动态更新机制、构建品牌标准体系等方面，提出推动山东苹果产业提质增效的具体路径，以期为区域特色农业转型升级提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- To meet the high-quality development requirements of Shandong′s apple industry,the current situation and problems regarding standard categories,functional positioning,timeliness of issuance,and industrial chain coverage from the perspective of standard system construction were systematically examined.The research showed that the standard system for Shandong′s apple industry suffers from structural imbalances,such as ‘overemphasizing post-production while neglecting pre-production’ and ‘prioritizing methods over products’.There was a misalignment between standard supply and the demands of industrial upgrading,and the development of the brand standard system was relatively lagging.Based on these findings,this study proposeed specific pathways to promote quality and efficiency enhancement in Shandong′s apple industry.These include optimizing the standard structure,improving whole-chain coverage,establishing a dynamic update mechanism,and constructing a brand standard system,in order to provide references for the transformation and upgrading of regionally characteristic agriculture.
