- 在积极推行乡村振兴的时代背景下,探讨猕猴桃种植户标准化生产程度的影响因素,对猕猴桃产业绿色可持续发展具有重要影响。以陕西省607户猕猴桃种植户的调查数据为基础,运用二元Logistic模型,着重分析猕猴桃种植户标准化程度的影响。结果表明:70.84%的种植户达到标准化生产程度,29.16%种植户未达到标准化生产程度。其中政府补贴、培训总次数、技术难易程度、实施效果评价显著正向影响种植户标准化技术生产行为;关中中西部地区显著负向影响种植户标准化技术生产行为。综上可知,1)政府的经济激励对生产技术标准化程度提升发挥了积极作用。政府持续支持高质量发展的政策落实,对于基层农户的生产行为改变有积极作用。2)常态化的技术培训和信息传播增加了农户对于技术的认知程度和信任程度,促进了人力资本提升,对于生产技术的标准化有积极推动作用。3)农户对技术难度的主观感知与心理预期影响农户采纳新技术行为,从而影响生产技术的标准化程度。高效的技术推广过程有助于帮助农户克服感知障碍。4)根深蒂固经验和传统技术对推广标准化技术有一定的妨碍,从而影响猕猴桃种植技术标准化程度的提升。基于以上结论,建议强化政策扶持、加强农户培训教育、拓宽技术推广渠道、精准定位不同地区实施策略,提高农户对标准化生产技术的认知,引导和激励农户采用的标准化生产行为。
- Abstract:
- Against the backdrop of actively implementing rural revitalization,exploring the influencing factors of standardized production degree among kiwifruit growers held significant importance for the green and sustainable development of the kiwifruit industry.Based on survey data collected from 607 kiwifruit growers in Shaanxi Province,the binary Logistic model was employed to analyze the factors influencing the standardized production degree of kiwifruit growers.The results indicated that 70.84% of the growers achieved standardized production degree,while 29.16% failed to reach this standard.Government subsidies,total training frequency,perceived technical difficulty,and implementation effect evaluation demonstrated significant positive effects on growers′ standardized production behavior;whereas the central-western Guanzhong region showed a significant negative effect on such behavior.From the above results:1) government economic incentives played an active role in promoting the standardization of production techniques.The continued implementation of policies supporting high-quality development exerted positive influences on changing production behaviors among grassroots farmers.2) Regularized technical training and information dissemination enhanced farmers′ cognitive understanding and trust in technologies,promoted human capital improvement,and actively facilitated the standardization of production techniques.3) Farmers′ subjective perception of technical difficulty and psychological expectations influenced their adoption of new technologies,thereby affecting the standardization degree of production techniques.Efficient technology extension processes helped farmers overcome perceived barriers.4) Deep-rooted experience and traditional techniques posed certain obstacles to the promotion of standardized technologies,thereby hindering the improvement of kiwifruit planting technology standardization.Based on these conclusions,it was recommended to strengthen policy support,enhance farmer training and education,expand technology extension channels,precisely target implementation strategies for different regions,improve farmers′ awareness of standardized production technologies,and guide and incentivize farmers to adopt standardized production behaviors.
