- 以“法兰西”西梅为试材,分别采用0(蒸馏水对照)、20、30 mg·L-1和40 mg·L-1浓度的核桃青皮粗多酚保鲜液对果实进行20 min浸泡处理的方法,研究了不同浓度核桃青皮多酚保鲜液对果实腐烂率、失重率、硬度、色泽、可溶性固形物含量等品质指标的影响,以期为西梅的采后贮藏技术开发提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,30 mg·L-1处理能显著降低西梅果实35 d腐烂率(下降55.45%)和失重率(下降29.92%),并有效延缓西梅在7~49 d贮藏期间的硬度下降,同时较好地维持果实的深红色泽。在生理指标方面,30 mg·L-1处理的抗坏血酸含量在贮藏前期(14 d)显著高出对照113.25%。至贮藏后期(49 d),其可溶性固形物含量较对照显著提高21.53%,褐变指数显著降低52.59%。综上,核桃青皮多酚能有效改善西梅采后贮藏品质,其中30 mg·L-1为最佳质量浓度。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘French’ prunes as the experimental materials,the fruits were treated by immersion for 20 minutes in crude walnut green husk polyphenol preservation solutions at concentrations of 0 mg·L-1 (distilled water control),20 mg·L-1,30 mg·L-1,and 40 mg·L-1,respectively.The effects of crude polyphenol solutions from walnut green peel at different concentrations on fruit quality indices,including decay rate,weight loss rate,firmness,color and soluble solids content,were investigated,in order to provide references for the development of postharvest storage technologies of prunes.The results showed that compared with the control,the 30 mg·L-1 treatment group significantly reduced the decay rate (by 55.45%) and weight loss rate (by 29.92%) of the fruits after 35 days of storage.Additionally,it effectively delayed the decline in firmness during the 7-49 days of storage and better maintained the deep red color of the fruits.In terms of physiological indicators,the ascorbic acid content of 30 mg·L-1 treatment was significantly increased by 113.25% compared to the control in the early storage period (14 days). By the late storage period (49 days),the soluble solids content was significantly increased by 21.53%,while the browning index was significantly reduced by 52.59% compared to the control.In conclusion,walnut green husk polyphenols could effectively improve the postharvest storage quality of prunes,with 30 mg·L-1 identified as the optimal treatment concentration.
