- 以贵州省羊肚菌霉菌性枯萎病病原菌(Pseudodiploospora longispora)为试材,通过系统调查、室内培养与生物活性测定等方法,探究了环境因子及杀菌剂对该病原菌生长和抑制效果的影响,以期为羊肚菌霉菌性枯萎病的绿色防控提供参考依据,对推动贵州羊肚菌产业可持续发展具有重要意义。结果表明:该病原菌最适生长条件为温度20 ℃、pH 8,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉与乳糖,最适氮源为酵母浸膏;在供试杀菌剂中,45%咪鲜胺水乳剂与25%腈菌唑乳油对病原菌抑制效果明显,且对羊肚菌菌丝生长影响较小,表现出良好的选择性抑菌作用,具备田间应用的潜力。
- Abstract:
- Taking the fungal pathogen Pseudodiploospora longispora causing the mycelial necrosis disease of Morchella in Guizhou Province as the test material,through systematic investigation,indoor cultivation and bioactivity determination methods,the effects of environmental factors and fungicides on the growth and inhibitory effect of the pathogen were explored,in order to provide reference for the green control of mold-induced wilt disease in Morchella and was of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the Morchella industry in Guizhou.The results showed that the optimal growth conditions for the pathogen were 20 ℃ and pH 8,with soluble starch and lactose as the preferred carbon sources and yeast extract as the optimal nitrogen source.Among the tested fungicides,prochloraz 45% EW and myclobutanil 25% EC exhibited significant inhibitory effects on the pathogen while showing minimal impact on the mycelial growth of Morchella,demonstrating good selective antifungal activity and potential for field application.
