低温胁迫下不同草莓种质资源的生理响应及抗寒性评价

- 以5种草莓种质资源为试材,设置25(CK)、5、0、-5、-10 ℃ 和-15 ℃共6个温度梯度,测定了草莓叶片叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)、相对电导率(REC)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白质(SP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)9项生理指标,研究了不同低温胁迫下,不同草莓种质资源叶片生理指标的变化趋势,并采用隶属函数分析法综合评价不同草莓种质资源的抗寒能力的强弱,以期为筛选抗寒性较强的草莓种质资源提供参考依据。结果表明:在低温胁迫条件下5种草莓种质资源总体变化趋势为,叶绿素含量随着温度的降低而降低;REC、MDA、SS、Pro、SP呈相似变化趋势,随着温度降低而增加;而CAT、SOD和POD呈相似变化趋势,随着温度降低呈先上升后下降趋势。根据隶属函数法综合分析结果得出5个草莓种质资源抗寒性由强到弱的顺序依次为‘H-3’>‘15-7’>‘公主2号’>‘7-6’>‘甜查理’。
- Abstract:
- Taking five strawberry germplasm resources as test materials,six temperature gradients were set,respectively 25 (CK),5,0,-5,-10 ℃,and -15 ℃.Nine physiological indices of strawberry leaves were determined,including chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde (MDA),relative electrical conductivity (REC),proline (Pro),soluble sugar (SS),soluble protein (SP),catalase (CAT),superoxide dismutase (SOD),and peroxidase (POD).The study investigated the variation trends of leaf physiological indices of different strawberry germplasm resources under different low-temperature stresses,and comprehensively evaluated the cold resistance of different strawberry germplasm resources using the subordinate function analysis method,in order to provide references for screening strawberry germplasm resources with strong cold resistance.The results showed that under low-temperature stress,the overall variation trends of the five strawberry germplasm resources were as follows,chlorophyll content decreased with the decrease of temperature;REC,MDA,SS,Pro,and SP showed similar variation trends,increasing as the temperature dropped;CAT,SOD,and POD exhibited a similar variation trend,first increasing and then decreasing with the decrease of temperature.Based on the comprehensive analysis results of the subordinate function method,the order of cold resistance of the five strawberry germplasm resources from strongest to weakest was determined as ‘H-3’>‘15-7’>‘Gongzhu No.2’>‘7-6’>‘Sweet Charlie’.
