- 芥菜是一种重要的蔬菜经济作物,传统育种方法存在效率低、周期长等问题。小孢子育种技术通过诱导单倍体植株并加倍染色体,能够显著缩短育种周期。然而,该技术在应用中仍面临基因型依赖性强、胚胎发生机制不明等问题。该研究探讨了基因型对小孢子培养效率的影响及其分子机制,分析了小孢子发育时期鉴定技术的优化,并总结了小孢子育种在抗病性、品质和产量改良中的应用成果。建议未来结合基因组编辑等技术,进一步提升小孢子育种的效率和应用范围。
- Abstract:
- Mustard is an important vegetable economic crop,the traditional breeding method of mustard has the problems of low efficiency and long cycle.The microspore breeding technology can significantly shorten the breeding cycle by inducing haploid plants and doubling chromosomes.However,this technology still faces the problems of strong genotype dependence and unknown embryogenesis mechanism in its application.In this paper,the influence of genotype on the efficiency of microspore cultivation and its molecular mechanism were discussed,the optimization of the identification technology of microspore developmental period were analyzed,and the results of the application of microspore breeding in the improvement of disease resistance,quality and yield were summarized.It was suggested that in the future,technologies such as genome editing should be integrated to further enhance the efficiency and application scope of microspore breeding.
