- 番茄是一种重要的蔬菜作物,因其独特的风味、丰富的营养而备受推崇,番茄中的糖不仅是影响其果实品质和风味的重要物质,还促进番茄生长发育。通过对番茄糖的合成与分解、代谢调控机制、影响因素及其作为信号分子调控生长发育等方面进行综述,展望了未来番茄糖代谢的研究方向与重点,旨在为提高番茄果实品质提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Tomato is an important vegetable crop,highly regarded for its unique flavor and rich nutrition.The sugar in tomatoes is not only a crucial substance affecting the quality and flavor of the fruit but also promotes the growth and development of tomatoes.By reviewing the synthesis and breakdown,metabolic regulation mechanisms,influencing factors,and its role as a signaling molecule in regulating growth and development,this study looked forward to future research directions and focused on tomato sugar metabolism,aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of tomato fruits.
