- 北苍术作为承德道地药材品种之一,其产业发展面临栽培技术落后、市场价格波动幅度大等问题的制约。当前,农业新质生产力已成为促进传统农业产业转型升级的核心动力,其依托的数字农业、生态种植等新技术势必成为提升承德道地药材北苍术质量的关键因素。因此,该研究基于承德地区北苍术产业发展的现实需求,通过对创新发展理论、环境基因互作理论及可持续发展理论的深入剖析,构建了农业新质生产力赋能承德道地药材北苍术质量提升的理论基础,从技术应用滞后、市场供需变化、制度保障缺失、生态约束凸显等方面明确了制约其发展的现实挑战,并提出构建技术创新与转化生态、强化品牌建设与市场对接、完善标准体系与制度保障以及践行生态循环与绿色发展等具体的实现路径。研究旨在探索农业新质生产力在中药材领域中的应用场景创新,为承德道地药材北苍术产业的可持续发展提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- As one of the authentic medicinal materials in Chengde,Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz.has been restricted in its industrial development by problems such as backward cultivation techniques and large fluctuations in market prices.Currently,the new quality productivity of agriculture has become a core driver for the transformation and upgrading of traditional agricultural industries,and the new technologies it relies on,such as digital agriculture and ecological planting,are bound to be key factors in improving the quality of Atractylodes chinensis in Chengde.Therefore,based on the actual needs of the Atractylodes chinensis industry development in Chengde,this study constructed a theoretical foundation for new quality productivity of agriculture to empower the quality improvement of Chengde′s authentic medicinal material Atractylodes chinensis through in-depth analysis of the innovation and development theory,environment-gene interaction theory,and sustainable development theory.It identified practical challenges restricting its development,including lagging technology application,changes in market supply and demand,lack of institutional guarantees,and prominent ecological constraints,and proposed specific implementation paths such as building an ecology for technological innovation and transformation,strengthening brand building and market connection,improving standard systems and institutional guarantees,and practicing ecological cycle and green development.This study aimed to explore the innovation of application scenarios of new agricultural productive forces in the field of Chinese medicinal materials and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the Atractylodes chinensis industry as an authentic medicinal material in Chengde.
