- 甘肃省中药材产业以独特的地理环境和丰富的自然资源为基础，形成了品种繁多、品质优良、产能突出、药效显著的产业特色与发展优势。然而，在推进产业高质量转型发展的进程中，还存在种质资源退化导致的道地性弱化、标准化种植覆盖率不足、精深加工能力薄弱、品牌溢价能力有限、科技创新与人才支撑滞后等影响产业深层次发展的制约因素。研究提出通过构建现代化产业体系、打造精深加工体系、健全市场流通体系、强化品牌建设体系、完善政策协同与组织保障体系等可行路径，推进甘肃省中药材产业从资源优势向产业胜势转型发展。
- Abstract:
- The traditional Chinese medicine industry in Gansu Province，based on its unique geographical environment and abundant natural resources，has formed industrial characteristics and development advantages such as a wide variety of types，excellent quality，outstanding production capacity and significant medicinal effects.However，in the process of promoting high-quality transformation and development of industries，there are still constraints that affect the deep-level development of industries，such as the weakening of authenticity due to the degradation of germplasm resources，insufficient coverage of standardized planting，weak deep processing capabilities，limited brand premium capacity，and lagging support from scientific and technological innovation and talents.The research proposed feasible paths such as building a modern industrial system，creating a deep processing system，improving the market circulation system，strengthening the brand building system，and perfecting the policy coordination and organizational guarantee system to promote the transformation and development of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry in Gansu Province from resource advantages to industrial dominance.
