- 以109份籽用西葫芦为试验材料,采用相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析、隶属函数值及灰色关联分析等多种方法,研究了籽用西葫芦9个关键性状并对其综合评价,以期为后续籽用西葫芦品种的选育和鉴定提供参考依据。结果表明:籽用西葫芦品种烂瓜特性与总产量和耐衰性呈显著负相关,单株结瓜数与籽粒的长度和宽度呈显著负相关,理想的籽用西葫芦品种需要具备耐衰、中等结瓜能力、烂瓜率低等特点,从而提升籽粒的产量和品质。籽用西葫芦9个性状的主成分分析筛选出4个主成分,累计贡献率为75.47%。通过模糊隶属函数将4个主成分的得分进行归一化处理后,基于4个主成分的贡献率权重构建籽用西葫芦综合评价指标D=0.41F1+0.24F2+0.18F3+0.17F4。基于灰色关联度分析和综合评价D值2种方法鉴定出Z-76、Z-95、Z-5 3个品种,其在2种评价机制中均排名前五,可作为下一步示范推广的重点。

- Taking 109 seed-used zucchini samples as the experimental materials,various methods such as correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,membership function value and grey correlation analysis were adopted to study 9 key traits of seed-used zucchini and conduct a comprehensive evaluation,in order to provide reference for the subsequent breeding and identification of seed-used zucchini varieties.The results showed that the rotten fruit characteristics of seed-used zucchini varieties were significantly negatively correlated with total yield and aging tolerance.The number of fruits per plant was significantly negatively correlated with the length and width of the seeds.An ideal seed-used zucchini variety should have aging tolerance,moderate fruiting ability,and low rotten fruit rate,thereby enhancing the yield and quality of the seeds.Principal component analysis of nine traits of seed-used zucchini screened out four principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 75.47%.After normalizes the scores of the four principal components through the fuzzy membership function,a comprehensive evaluation index for seed-used zucchini was constructed based on the contribution rate weights of the four principal components D=0.41F1+0.24F2+0.18F3+0.17F4.Based on the two methods of grey relational degree analysis and comprehensive evaluation of D value,three varieties,namely Z-76,Z-95 and Z-5,were identified.They ranked among the top five in both evaluation mechanisms and can be regarded as the key points for demonstration and promotion in the next step.
