- 以桑枝为替代基质,采用0%、20%和80%桑枝添加量培养料栽培“沪香F6”“申香1513”“秋栽3号”“香0912”“楚香101”等5个香菇菌株,测定菌丝生长速率、产量、转化率及子实体农艺性状等指标,结合灰色关联度分析,系统评价不同香菇菌株对桑枝培养料的适应性,筛选适宜桑枝栽培的香菇菌株,以期为桑枝资源化利用提供参考依据。结果表明:20%桑枝添加量下菌丝长势最佳,“申香1513”菌丝长速最高,为(2.73±0.28)mm·d-1,80%桑枝添加量下菌丝长速显著降低((1.86±0.04)~ (2.08±0.18)mm·d-1);20%桑枝添加量下单棒干菇产量最高,“申香1513”达(149.3±9.6)g,80%桑枝添加量下转化率以“申香1513”(11.8%)和“秋栽3号”(11.6%)最高;第2潮子实体农艺性状中,20%桑枝添加量培养料栽培“申香1513”表现最佳,单菇鲜质量(42.7±3.5)g、菌盖直径(73.1±6.1) mm及菌盖占比85.94%±3.70%。灰色关联度分析表明,0%和20%桑枝条件下,“申香1513”关联系数最高(0%桑枝加权0.774、等权0.767;20%桑枝加权0.696、等权0.688),为最优适栽菌株,80%桑枝条件下,“秋栽3号”关联系数最高(加权0.683,等权0.677),为最优适栽菌株。
- Abstract:
- Taking mulberry branches as an alternative substrate,five strains (‘HuxiangF6’‘Shenxiang1513’‘Qiuzai3’‘Xiang0912’‘Chuxiang101’) were cultivated with substrates containing 0%,20%,and 80% mulberry branches.Parameters including mycelial growth rate,yield,conversion rate,and agronomic traits of fruiting bodies were measured,and grey relational analysis was applied to comprehensively evaluate the adaptability of each strain to the mulberry branch-based substrates,to screen Lentinula edodes strains suitable for cultivation,in order to provide reference for the resource utilization of mulberry branches.The results showed that mycelial growth was optimal at the 20% mulberry branch level,with ‘Shenxiang1513’ exhibiting the highest growth rate ((2.73±0.28) mm·d-1).At the 80% mulberry branch level,mycelial growth was significantly inhibited,with rates ranging from (1.86±0.04)mm·d-1 to (2.08±0.18)mm·d-1.The highest dry yield per bag was achieved with 20% mulberry branches,where ‘Shenxiang1513’ reached (149.3±9.6)g,while the best conversion rate was observed at the 80% level,with ‘Shenxiang1513’ and ‘Qiuzai3’ attaining 11.8% and 11.6%,respectively.Regarding the agronomic traits of the second-flush fruiting bodies,‘Shenxiang1513’ cultivated with 20% mulberry branches showed superior performance in individual fresh weight ((42.7±3.5)g),pileus diameter ((73.1±6.1)mm),and pileus proportion (85.94%±3.70%).Grey relational analysis indicated that under 0% and 20% mulberry branch conditions,‘Shenxiang1513’ had the highest relational coefficients (weighted 0.774 and 0.696;equal-weight 0.767 and 0.688,respectively),identifying it as the optimal strain.Under 80% mulberry branch conditions,‘Qiuzai3’ exhibited the highest coefficients (weighted 0.683;equal-weight 0.677),making it the most suitable strain.
