- 在AI智能背景下，新质生产力作为推动农业现代化和高质量发展的关键力量，正引发农业生产方式的深刻变革,为我国农业现代化转型提供了核心驱动力。该研究深入探讨了农业新质生产力的内涵、特征，分析了其在现代农业生产中的创新应用，剖析了创新培育发展农业新质生产力的困境与对策，系统探讨了新质生产力赋能农业智慧化的理论逻辑与实践路径。农业新质生产力通过AI智能、物联网、生物育种等技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、三产融合与全链条数字化产业深度转型升级，重构农业生产函数，推动传统农业向精准化、智能化、绿色化跃迁。提出强化科技自立，攻关智慧育种、农业机器人等“卡脖子”技术；创新应用，构建一体化监测体系与数字孪生农场；深化制度改革，完善农业数据产权制度与要素市场化配置机制；新质生产力与智慧农业的深度融合，重塑农业竞争力、实现乡村振兴的关键支撑，推动“技术-产业-制度”协同创新，构建“科技引领、数据驱动、生态协同”的农业智慧化新范式等策略，为农业强国建设注入持续动能。
- Abstract:
- In the context of artificial intelligence，new quality productive forces emerged as a key driver for agricultural modernization and high-quality development，triggering profound changes in agricultural production methods and providing the core impetus for China′s agricultural transformation.This study examined the essence and characteristics of new quality productive forces in agriculture，analyzed their innovative applications in modern agricultural production，and identified the challenges and countermeasures for cultivating them.It also systematically explored the theoretical logic and practical pathways through which new quality productive forces empowered agricultural intelligence.By leveraging revolutionary breakthroughs in technologies such as AI，the internet of things，and bio-breeding，along with innovative allocation of production factors，integration of primary，secondary，and tertiary industries，and deep digital transformation of entire industrial chains，new quality productive forces reconstructed the agricultural production function and facilitated the transition of traditional agriculture towards precision，intelligence，and sustainability.The study proposed strategies including strengthening technological self-reliance to overcome bottlenecks in smart breeding and agricultural robotics；promoting innovative applications by establishing integrated monitoring systems and digital twin farms；deepening institutional reforms to improve agricultural data property rights and market-based factor allocation mechanisms.The deep integration of new quality productive forces and smart agriculture was identified as crucial for reshaping agricultural competitiveness and achieving rural revitalization.This integration drove synergistic innovation across technology，industry，and institutions，ultimately establishing a new paradigm for agricultural intelligence characterized by ‘scientific and technological leadership，data-driven processes，and ecological synergy’. Thereby injecting sustained momentum into building a strong agricultural nation.
