- 国内国际双循环新发展格局下，农业产业集群的转型升级成为推动地方特色农业产业高质量发展的重要途径。该研究在系统梳理金乡大蒜产业集群发展中的自然条件、产业集群专业化程度、产业集群效应、政策支持、品牌与市场建设等现状的基础上，探究金乡大蒜产业集群面临的集群创新效应不足、国际贸易壁垒制约、集群产品出口结构单一以及价格波动影响价值链条稳定等问题。为提升金乡大蒜产业集群竞争力，提出加强新品种与新技术的研发推广、加快集群出口市场结构的优化、优化大蒜产品出口结构、完善市场监测与信息发布机制等集群发展对策和建议。
- Abstract:
- Under the new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation，the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrial clusters has become an important way to promote the high-quality development of local characteristic agricultural industries.Based on a systematic review of the current situation of the Jinxiang garlic industrial cluster development，including natural conditions，the degree of industrial specialization，industrial cluster effects，policy support，brand and market construction，this study explored the problems faced by the Jinxiang garlic industrial cluster，such as insufficient cluster innovation effects，constraints from international trade barriers，a single export structure of cluster products，and the impact of price fluctuations on the stability of the value chain.To enhance the competitiveness of the Jinxiang garlic industrial cluster，the study proposed development countermeasures and suggestions，including strengthening the research and promotion of new varieties and new technologies，accelerating the optimization of the cluster′s export market structure，optimizing the export structure of garlic products，and improving the market monitoring and information release mechanism.
