- 以香菇为试材,采用桑枝部分替代木屑(添加比例为0%~80%)的培养料配方,系统研究桑枝添加量对香菇产量、转化率及营养成分(粗蛋白、粗多糖、粗脂肪等)的影响,并通过灰色关联度分析综合评价其适宜添加比例,以期为香菇栽培中农业废弃物的资源化利用与可持续生产提供参考依据。结果表明:桑枝添加量对香菇农艺性状具有显著阈值效应。随桑枝比例增加,香菇产量与粗蛋白含量呈先升后降趋势,而转化率与粗多糖含量逐渐提高。灰色关联分析显示,10%添加量综合评分最高(加权0.783,等权0.769),20%添加量次之。该比例下,香菇单棒产量、转化率、粗蛋白和粗多糖含量较对照(0%)分别提高8.35%、25.92%、7.50%和11.09%,粗脂肪略降0.84%。每万棒栽培可减少木屑用量3.0~4.0 t。菌渣粗纤维、木质素含量较对照分别降低28.08%、24.42%,粗多糖、粗蛋白含量较对照分别提高27.23%、31.28%,为其饲料化与肥料化利用提供可能性。综上,桑枝添加量≤20%范围内可在保障产量与品质的同时实现木屑减量,对推进“桑-菇-肥”循环农业模式具有积极意义。
- Abstract:
- Taking Lentinula edodes as the test material,and employing cultivation substrate formulations where mulberry branches partially replaced sawdust (substitution ratios,0%-80%),this study systematically investigated the effects of mulberry branch addition on yield,converted efficiency,and nutritional components (crude protein,crude polysaccharides,crude fat) of mushrooms.Grey relational analysis was utilized to comprehensively evaluate the optimal substitution ratio,in order to provide a reference for the resource utilization of agricultural waste and sustainable cultivation.The results showed that the addition of mulberry branches had a significant threshold effect on the agronomic traits of shiitake mushrooms.As the proportion of mulberry branches increases,the yield and crude protein content of shiitake mushrooms showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the conversion rate and crude polysaccharide content gradually increase.Grey correlation analysis showed that the comprehensive score of 10% addition was the highest (weighted 0.783,equal weight 0.769),followed by 20% addition.At this ratio,the yield,conversion rate,crude protein and crude polysaccharide content of shiitake mushrooms increased by 8.35%,25.92%,7.50% and 11.09% respectively compared to the control (0%),while crude fat slightly decreased by 0.84%.Planting every 10 000 sticks could reduce the amount of sawdust by 3.0-4.0 t.The crude fiber and lignin content of the bacterial residue decreased by 28.08% and 24.42% respectively compared to the control,while the crude polysaccharide and crude protein content increased by 27.23% and 31.28% respectively,providing possibilities for its feed and fertilizer utilization.In summary,adding mulberry branches less than or equal to 20% could achieve a reduction in sawdust while ensuring yield and quality,which was of positive significance for promoting the ‘mulberry-mushroom-fertilizer’ circular agriculture model.
