- 以‘绿岭’核桃园为试材,采用田间试验方法,研究了不同生物炭施加量对核桃园土壤理化性质及酶活性的影响,以期为应用生物炭改良核桃园土壤提供参考依据。结果表明:施加生物炭可以改善土壤物理性质,随着生物炭施用量的增加,各土层土壤容重均呈现出下降的趋势,其中T4处理对0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层土壤容重影响最大,分别为1.39 g·cm-3和1.46 g·cm-3,均显著低于对照及其他处理;施加生物炭处理20~40 cm土层土壤总孔隙度、饱和持水量、毛管持水量、田间持水量均显著高于CK;T4处理对0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层土壤pH影响最大,分别为7.43和7.53,均显著低于对照及其他处理;施加生物炭处理0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层土壤有机质、全氮、有效磷含量均显著高于CK;施加生物炭提高了20~40 cm土层土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性,较CK增幅分别为6.09%~33.27%、3.05%~22.90%、3.45%~43.68%。

- Taking the ‘Lyuling’ walnut orchard as the test material,a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different biochar application rates on the soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities in the walnut orchard,in order to provide reference for the application of biochar in improving walnut orchard soil.The results showed that,the application of biochar could improve the physical properties of soil.With the increase of biochar application,the soil bulk density of each soil layer showed a decreasing trend.Among them,T4 treatment had the greatest influence on the soil bulk density of 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers,which were 1.39 g·cm-3 and 1.46 g·cm-3 respectively,both significantly lower than the control and other treatments.The total porosity,saturated water content,capillary water content and field water content of the soil layer treated with biochar were significantly higher than the CK in 20-40 cm.The T4 treatment had the greatest effect on soil pH at 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm,which were 7.43 and 7.53,respectively,significantly lower than the control and other treatments.The content of soil organic matter,total nitrogen and available phosphorus in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers treated with biochar were significantly higher than CK.The application of biochar increased the activities of sucrose enzyme,urease,catalase in the soil layer of 20-40 cm by 6.09%-33.27%,3.05%-22.90%,3.45%-43.68% respectively compared with CK.
