- 以7个不同品种蓝靛果忍冬的一年生枝条为试材,采用低温胁迫4、-15、-20、-25、-30、-35、-40 ℃方法,研究了不同蓝靛果忍冬品种抗寒性对其抗氧化活性、膜损伤指标和渗透调节能力的影响,以期为低温调控蓝靛果忍冬抗寒性的研究提供参考依据。结果表明:各试验品种的抗寒性随着温度的变化而变化,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在-20~4 ℃时较高,并在-35 ℃时SOD和POD活性呈现上升的趋势。所有品种SOD和POD活性的变化趋势基本一致。相对电导率在-25~-15 ℃变化较小,MDA含量在-25~-20 ℃变化较小。可溶性糖含量在4 ℃时含量达到最高,随着温度的降低,可溶性糖含量呈现逐渐下降的趋势,但在温度达到-35 ℃时可溶性糖含量又出现明显上升。可溶性蛋白质含量在4 ℃时含量最高,随着温度的降低可溶性蛋白质含量呈现下降趋势,但在-20 ℃和-35 ℃时出现上升趋势。综上,不同品种蓝靛果忍冬抗寒能力‘蓓蕾’>Y4>‘乌蓝’>‘蓝精灵’>Y2>Y3>Y1。
- Abstract:
- Taking one-year-old branches of seven different varieties of Lonicera caerulea as experimental materials,the effects of cold stress at 4 ℃,-15 ℃,-20 ℃,-25 ℃,-30 ℃,-35 ℃,and -40 ℃ on the antioxidant activity,membrane damage indicators,and osmotic adjustment ability of different Lonicera caerulea varieties were studied,in order to provide a reference for the research on the regulation of cold resistance in Lonicera caerulea by low temperature.The results showed that,the cold resistance of each experimental variety changed with temperature,and the activities of SOD and POD were higher between -20 ℃ and 4 ℃,and showed an increasing trend at -35 ℃.The trend of SOD and POD activity changes were basically consistent among all varieties.The relative conductivity changed little between -25 ℃ and -15 ℃,and the MDA content changed little between -25 ℃ and -20 ℃.The soluble sugar content reached its maximum at 4 ℃,and gradually decreased with decreasing temperature.However,when the temperature reached -35 ℃,the soluble sugar content showed a significant increase again.The soluble protein content was the highest at 4 ℃,and showed a decreasing trend with decreasing temperature.However,there was an increasing trend at -35 ℃ and -20 ℃.In a comprehensive comparison, the cold resistance of different varieties of Lonicera caerulea was ranked as follows ‘Beilei’>Y4>‘Wulan’>‘Lanjingling’>Y2>Y3>Y1.
