- 以“硬条京杏”为试材,采用不同贮藏方法,研究了对照(CK)、100 μmoL·L-1 MT、1 μL·L-1 1-MCP、100 μmoL·L-1 MT+1 μL·L-1 1-MCP 4种处理对“硬条京杏”果皮色泽、呼吸强度、果实硬度、可溶性固形物(SSC)含量、腐烂率、电导率、冷害指数及失重率等指标的影响,以期为“硬条京杏”最佳贮藏方式提供参考依据。结果表明:随着贮藏时间的增加,各处理“硬条京杏”果实硬度、可滴定酸含量、b*值呈持续下降趋势,a*值、呼吸强度、可溶性固形物含量随着贮藏时间的增加呈先上升后下降趋势,失重率、腐烂率、冷害指数及电导率呈持续上升趋势。MT处理可有效抑制杏果实贮藏过程中呼吸强度的下降,抑制杏果实冷害程度,对杏果实细胞膜通透性的上升也具有抑制作用,并且可以保持杏果皮的亮度。
- Abstract:
- Taking the ‘Stripped Apricot’ as the test material,different storage methods were used to study the effects of four treatments of control (CK),100 μmol·L-1 MT,1 μL·L-1 1-MCP,100 μmol·L-1 MT+1 μL·L-1 1-MCP on the skin color,respiratory strength,fruit hardness,soluble solid content (SSC),rot rate,conductivity,cold damage index and weight loss rate,in order to provide a reference for the optimal storage method of ‘Stripped Apricot’.The results showed as follows,with the increase of storage time,the hardness,titrable acid content and b* value of the fruit in each treatment showed a continuous decreasing trend,the a* value,respiratory intensity and soluble solid content increased first and then decreased with the increase of storage time,and the weight loss rate,decay rate,cold damage index and electrical conductivity showed a continuous increasing trend.MT treatment can effectively inhibit the decrease of respiratory intensity,the occurrence of cold damage,the increase of cell membrane permeability,and the brightness of apricot peel.
