- 以茅苍术单作为对照(CK),研究了茅苍术-栀子(T1)和茅苍术-罗汉松(T2)间作模式下0~20 cm土层土壤养分含量和细菌群落结构的变化特征,以期为林下茅苍术规范化种植提供参考依据。结果表明:T1和T2处理土壤pH、有机质和速效磷含量显著低于CK,T1处理土壤含水量、碱解氮和速效钾含量显著高于CK和T2处理。T2处理观测物种数、Chao 1指数和Simpson指数显著低于CK,而T1处理与CK间无显著差异。与CK相比,T1和T2处理显著提高变形菌门相对丰度,降低疣微菌门相对丰度,但对放线菌门相对丰度无显著影响。相关分析显示,土壤速效钾含量与土壤中变形菌门、浮霉菌门、绿弯菌门的相对丰度呈显著正相关,与疣微菌门呈显著负相关;土壤含水率与酸杆菌门的相对丰度呈显著负相关,与绿弯菌门、芽单胞菌门、变形菌门呈显著正相关。可见,茅苍术-罗汉松间作种植方式降低了0~20 cm土壤pH和有机质含量,增加了酸杆菌门和浮霉菌门相对丰度,降低了细菌群落多样性。
- Abstract:
- Taking the monoculture of Atractylodes lancea as the control (CK),intercropping of A.lancea-Gardenia jasminoides(T1) and A.lancea-Podocarpus macrophyllus(T2) was conducted to analyze the effects of different planting patterns on soil physicochemical properties and bacterial community structure in the 0-20 cm soil layers,in order to provide reference for standardized understory cultivation practices of A.lancea.The results showed that the soil pH,organic matter and available phosphorus content of T1 and T2 were significantly lower than those of CK,and the soil water content,alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium content of T1 were significantly higher than those of CK and T2.The number of observed species,Chao 1 index and Simpson index of T2 were significantly lower than those of CK,while there was no significant difference between T1 treatment and CK.Compared with CK,T1 and T2 significantly increased the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and decreased the relative abundance of Verrucomicrobiota,but had no significant effect on the relative abundance of Actinobacteriota.Correlation analysis revealedthat soil available potassium content was significantly positively correlated with the relative abundance of Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,and Planctomycetes,but significantly negatively correlated with Verrucomicrobiota.Soil moisture content was significantly negatively correlated with the relative abundance of Acidobacteria and significantly positively correlated with Chloroflexi,Gemmatimonadetes,and Proteobacteria.In conclusion,A.lancea-Podocarpus macrophyllus decreased soil pH and organic matter,increased the relative abundance of Acidobacteriota and Planctomycetota,reduced bacterial diversity.
