- 以伊犁河谷6个主产区‘树上干’杏一年生枝条为试材,采用抗寒性指标测定、土壤养分测定分析和相关性分析等方法,研究了不同产地‘树上干’杏抗寒性差异及与土壤养分之间的关系,以期为伊犁州‘树上干’杏适地适栽及合理施肥提供参考依据。结果表明:‘树上干’杏一年生枝条电解质渗透率增加的速率和幅度随着处理温度的下降呈增加的趋势;结合低温处理后的冻害分级和调查,确定‘树上干’杏的半致死温度在-27.67~-26.13 ℃,不同产地‘树上干’杏抗寒性强弱依次为伊宁市达达木图镇>察布查尔县察布查尔镇>特克斯县呼吉尔特村>尼勒克县套乌拉斯台村>林业科学院实验基地>巩留县阿克图别克镇。相关性分析结果表明,土壤有机质、全氮、硝态氮含量与枝条电解质含量呈显著正相关,由此可以推断‘树上干’杏种植时增施有机肥,补施氮肥,适量施磷肥,控制钾肥,可以有效增强‘树上干’杏抗寒性。
- Abstract:
- One-year-old branches of ‘Shushanggan’ apricots from six main production areas in the Ili Valley were used as test materials.Methods such as cold resistance index measurement,soil nutrient analysis,and correlation analysis were employed to investigate the differences in cold resistance of ‘Shushanggan’ apricots from different origins and their relationship with soil nutrients,in order to provide a reference for suitable planting and rational fertilization of ‘Shushanggan’ apricots in the Ili Prefecture.The results showed that the electrolyte permeability rate increased with decreasing treatment temperature;combined with the freezing classification and investigation after low temperature treatment,it was determined that the semi-lethal temperature of apricot was in the range of -27.67--26.13 ℃,and that the apricot of different origin apricot cold resistance in the order of Dadamutu town Yining city>Chabuchar town,Chabuchar county>Hujilt village,Tekes county>Tauwulastai town,Nilek county>Academy of Forestry Science plantation>The Tiangu Garden of Gongliu county.Meanwhile,correlation analysis showed that soil organic matter,total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen content and branch electrolyte content were significantly positively correlated,from which it could be deduced that apricot planting increased organic fertiliser,supplemental nitrogen fertiliser,moderate application of phosphorus fertiliser,and the control of potash,which could effectively enhance the cold resistance of apricot.
