- 以‘红阳’‘金艳’‘徐香’猕猴桃为试材,每隔15 d测定果形、单果质量、色素、糖、酸、抗氧化物含量动态变化,分析不同品种间各指标的差异,研究奉新县主栽的红肉、黄肉、绿肉猕猴桃果实发育过程中品质动态变化规律,以期为3个猕猴桃品种采前栽培管理和采后果实处理提供参考依据。结果表明:3个猕猴桃品种快速生长期相似,均在各自盛花期后60 d内,在生长发育阶段,除色素和抗坏血酸外,其他指标变化趋势一致。3个猕猴桃品种全发育过程中品质指标变化趋势大体一致,但含量差异明显,‘红阳’的可溶性固形物、果糖、蔗糖、苹果酸及总酚含量最高,而‘徐香’的含量最低。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Hongyang’‘Jinyan’,and ‘Xuxiang’ kiwifruit varieties as experimental materials,dynamic changes in fruit shape,weight,pigment content,sugars,acids,and antioxidant levels were tracked and measured every 15 days.Differences in these indicators among varieties were analyzed to investigate quality variation patterns during fruit development of red-fleshed,yellow-fleshed,and green-fleshed kiwifruit cultivars,which were predominantly cultivated in Fengxin county,in order to provide reference for pre-harvest cultivation management and post-harvest handling of these three kiwifruit cultivars.The results showed that all three cultivars exhibited similar rapid growth periods,occurring within 60 days after full bloom.During the developmental stages,most indicators displayed consistent trends except for pigment and ascorbic acid content.Although the dynamics of quality parameters followed similar patterns across cultivars throughout development,significant quantitative differences were observed.‘Hongyang’ exhibited the highest levels of soluble solids,fructose,sucrose,malic acid,and total phenolics,whereas ‘Xuxiang’ displayed the lowest values.
