- 以宁夏中部干旱带柠条林间草地和天然草地为试材,采用方差分析、Pearson 相关分析和冗余分析(RDA)等方法,研究了宁夏柠条林(Caragana korshinskii)建设和坡向对草地的土壤水分状况、植物多样性及植物分布的影响,以期为揭示二者对草地生态系统的作用机制提供参考依据。结果表明:宁夏中部干旱带的优势功能群为菊科、豆科、禾本科和藜科,优势种为猪毛蒿、短花针茅和胡枝子;人工柠条林建设显著降低了研究区次活跃层(20~60 cm)的土壤水分,但未改变活跃层(0~20 cm)和稳定层(60~200 cm)的土壤水分状况;坡向差异显著影响土壤水分,进而影响草本群落结构和物种多样性,阴坡次活跃层的土壤水分和物种多样性均显著高于阳坡;次活跃层的土壤水分与物种多样性显著相关,是对群落物种多样性起显著和唯一指示作用的因素。

- Taking the grassland between the Caragana korshinskii shrubbery and the natural grassland in the middle arid zone of Ningxia as the research materials,variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis (RDA) were employed,the effects of C.korshinskii shrubbery construction and slope aspect on the soil moisture conditions,plant diversity and plant distribution of the grassland were studied,in order to provide reference for revealing the mechanism of their influence on the grassland ecosystem.The results showed that the dominant functional groups in the middle arid zone of Ningxia were Compositae,Leguminosae,Gramineae and Chenopodiaceae,and the dominant species were Artemisia frigida,Stipa breviflora and Lespedeza bicolor.The construction of artificial C.korshinskii shrubbery significantly reduced the soil moisture in the sub-active layer (20-60 cm),but did not change the soil moisture conditions in the active layer (0-20 cm) and the stable layer (60-200 cm).Slope aspect significantly affected soil moisture,which in turn affected the structure of herbaceous communities and species diversity.The soil moisture and species diversity in the sub-active layer on the shady slope were significantly higher than those on the sunny slope.Soil moisture in the sub-active layer was significantly correlated with species diversity and was the only significant indicator of community species diversity.
